The family then returned to their native, while taking her for a yearly check-up at CMC, Vellore.

Mr.Pradeep and Mrs.Basanthi  – We have seen her go through the pain and suffering as a 6-month old baby; as parents it isn’t easy to watch your only child fight a battle that she isn’t familiar with. Watching her life hang in the balance, each day and night had grown longer for us; we just wanted to get out of this long dark tunnel. Nothing else mattered to us, we just wanted our baby girl to become better and healthy!

Years later, in 2019 on one of her follow-ups; Princy was diagnosed with cancer. The very same spot in her hip, the cancerous-cells had recurred. The family is still paying-off the initial loan amount for her treatment and have exhausted all their savings. A hopeful Pradeep and Basanthi, who had imagined that their daughter was healed; we are re-living our worst nightmares and memories of Princy’s initial fight against Cancer as a 6-month old baby. It has been very stressful for us this year financially as we are still clearing the initial loan amount. We are now watching our child go through this suffering again and it is unbearable. Our only hope is that she recovers successfully and lives a beautiful life that is meant for her.
