We collect personal information about you when you donate, enter a request, sign up to our information sheet, and register your interest as a potential volunteer or intern. The information we gather includes your name, address, email address and phone number. This personal information is not distributed, shared, rented or given to companies or organizations that are not part of the HCG Foundation. The information collected enables HCG Foundation to provide and improve its services to you, such as processing donations, providing receipts, sending information and providing new opportunities for you to assist financially challenged cancer patients.

We usually update our followers by email. If you think you are being contacted frequently, please inform us and we can limit the frequency of updates, or if you prefer, remove you from our email list.

You may request a copy of the personal information we have for you at any time by emailing hcgfoundation@hcgoncology.com If any personal information changes, or if you find our records are not up-to-date, please inform us.

We will ensure that your personal information is held securely, as per the Data Protection Act.
