Medical Details
In early September 2022, Sangamesh complained of a sharp pain and noticed swelling in his left knee. Troubled by the pain, his parents took him to a nearby physician for a check-up. Unable to determine the root cause of the pain and swelling, the physician promptly referred Sangamesh to a more capable doctor in the district. What came next was completely unexpected. The FNAC cancer test conducted at Dr. Karigoudar Diagnostic Laboratory revealed that Sangamesh is suffering from Osteogenic Sarcoma of the upper left Tibia, a deadly form of musculoskeletal cancer. To say the least, Sangamesh and his family were heart-broken and left with many tears to bear. With depleting psychological strength and hope his family had left, they transported Sangamesh to HCG Hospital Bangalore to Consult Dr. Shekar Patil. This began his arduous journey of medical treatment.
